Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance, but may occur the same day in the event of an emergency. The instructor holds the right to cancel a scheduled session if an artist arrives more than 15 minutes late without notice. Sessions will be cancelled at the instructor’s discretion when there is inclement or severe weather conditions. Sessions may also be cancelled by the instructor in the event that the instructor becomes sick, has a family emergency, or experiences a personal conflict.
