By submitting this application, the artist acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
• Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. All submissions are subject to final approval by Ghastly Gallery.
• All accepted artwork must be delivered on time and be fully gallery-ready, including proper framing, secure hanging hardware, and clear labeling. Work that is unframed, unfinished, unstable, damaged, improperly prepared, or does not match submitted images will not be accepted.
• Artists are responsible for all delivery, pickup, shipping, and return shipping costs. Artwork must remain on display for the full duration of the exhibition.
• Final installation, placement, and presentation decisions are at the discretion of Ghastly Gallery. The gallery reserves the right to refuse or remove any work that does not meet exhibition or installation standards.
• While reasonable care is taken, Ghastly Gallery is not responsible for loss or damage to artwork and does not provide insurance. Artists are responsible for insuring their own work, if desired.
• Artwork may be offered for sale at the artist’s discretion. Ghastly Gallery does not take a commission. Artists who choose to sell work must provide a visible payment QR code or direct payment method and are solely responsible for all sales transactions.
